Appearance: Tall, lean, with a mop of unruly black hair. Snappy dresser, favoring his signature blue coat and yellow shirt, though will change it up if conditions demand it. One eye is brown and the other is a lighter shade of brown, the result of one damaged eye being replaced with a cybernetic eye and the colors not quite matching. Generally calm to the point of seriousness, notably taciturn, and almost always smoking.

Personality: Spike is almost always calm. Freakishly so, particularly in high-tension situations. He's trained himself to be so, as part of his study of Jeet Kun Do. The more relaxed he is, the quicker and more effectively he can react. He is stubborn, resourceful, and skilled in a lot of ways. He's also a dumbass in that once he's set on a goal, he will doggedly pursue it even if it's a stupid thing to want to accomplish. He delights in an unexpected challenge, is callous of the emotional needs of others and is generally reckless. When not in pursuit of something, he is incredibly lazy.
In addition to all that, he genuinely is kind and does care about people. He helps out Rocco and his sister despite getting nothing out of it. He tries to spare Linn's life. He does his best to save Gren and when he can't, he does his best to grant him his dying wish. Even though he's flat broke when he wins V.T.'s money, he only takes enough to pay for his drink and tells her to keep the rest.
Weaknesses/Temptations: He has a temper, and will hold a grudge to the death. He is irritated by fakers, people who get in his way, and people who talk too much. He has a serious smoking habit. He is so lazy he once left a lobster to fester in an unused fridge for a year, which then mutated into another creature that almost killed the crew. And he has a weakness for blondes.
Sins:
Powers/Abilities: Spike has no superhuman powers. However, he is exceptionally skilled in a few areas. He is a deadly fighter, equally an expert in demolitions, sharpshooting, and martial arts. Along with that, he is an ace space jet pilot, and just as good in a dogfight as he is on the ground. Coupled with his excellent piloting skills, he is a very good mechanic, able to repair his ship enough to keep it functional after near-constant battles. He is bright, able to figure out the physics of 0G and use them to his advantage or save himself from flying into space. He's also very good at sleight of hand, using it to steal things, put things into people's pockets, or cheat at cards. He is a close observer of people, able to suss out what they're doing (even if he doesn't know why) and thwart their plans if he wants to.
